picot_o44 is a 40% ortholinear keyboard using picot5400, which is the original module with RP2040 microcontroller and PMW3600 trackball sensor. 25mm or 34mm trackball is compatible.

Features

• 34mm trackball accessible at minimal distance from home position
• The height of the ball top has been reduced to reduce the strain on the fingers when moving from the keys to the ball.
• A dedicated 3D printed case is included in the kit.
• The two keys on the top of the ball can be used to attach a rotary encoder (soldering required)
• The MCU board uses picot5400 (with RP2040 installed), allowing customization without worrying about firmware capacity.
• Easy keymap change with vial-compatible firmware
• The MCU and sensor board are detachable, making maintenance easy.
